Each session is tailored to your needs, with mindful movement, breathwork, and guidance to strengthen the body and calm the mind.

To get the most out of your session, please have a yoga mat, a block, and any other equipment you find necessary for comfort and support during your practice. If you have any specific needs or props you prefer, feel free to have them on hand.
Liability Waiver
For your safety, you will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to our session. This ensures you understand and acknowledge any potential risks associated with the practice.
